FAQs About Our Prepress Services
Get quick answers to common questions about our prepress workflow, file requirements, pricing models, and how we support commercial printers, packaging houses, and signage providers.
What types of files do you support?
We work with industry-standard print formats including PDF/X, AI, INDD, and EPS. Most clients send us print-ready PDFs or native files, and we handle preflight, layout correction, and finishing setup.
Can I start with a test file or trial?
Absolutely. Many of our clients begin with a test batch, allowing us to review your specifications, workflow, and expectations. It is a risk-free way to see how we work before scaling up.
How do you ensure accuracy and consistency?
Each teammate is trained on your job specs and workflow. We use checklists, version tracking, and preflight checks to ensure files are clean, consistent, and ready for press.
Do you provide dieline setup or bleed correction?
Yes. We handle dieline creation, bleed extension, safe margin checks, and layout alignment to ensure every element fits your specs.
How fast can you return files?
Turnaround depends on job complexity and file volume. Most jobs are returned within your required schedule. Since we work across time zones, you often get ready to print morning deliveries.
How is pricing structured?
We offer monthly retainer and per-file pricing. Many printers choose retainers for consistent support from a team member trained in their workflow, while per-file works for lighter, project-based needs. A hybrid model with base and variable billing is also available for flexible volumes.
What if I have a sudden spike in jobs?
No problem. We are well-equipped to handle seasonal spikes, urgent campaigns, and unexpected job surges. Our dedicated resource model is built to absorb these pressures without compromising quality. When needed, we can quickly scale up by adding trained support to keep your production on track.
Do you use secure file transfer?
Yes. We work with secure, client-approved platforms including FTP, Dropbox, Google Drive, or internal portals. We follow standard confidentiality practices and can also work directly with your secure portals or storage platforms if needed.
Who are your typical clients?
We work with commercial printers, packaging companies, label manufacturers, signage firms, and book printers. If you send print-ready files and need reliable, production-focused prepress, we can help.
