We work with trusted, secure platforms and follow best practices to keep your files protected. Access is limited to your assigned production team.
Recommended Info to Include
To speed up setup and reduce back-and-forth, please include:
Job number or print spec sheet (if available)
Final artwork files and fonts (if not embedded)
Notes on die cuts, folds, finishes, or special requirements
Sample outputs, if applicable
What Happens Next?
Once we receive your files:
- We will review and check against the specifications
- Raise any flags (if needed)
- Get started with production prep based on our agreed workflow
You will usually receive corrected files or updates by your required timeline, depending on complexity and file volume.
